[2501.13956] Zep: A Temporal Knowledge Graph Architecture for Agent Memory

This paper argues that agent memory should be modeled as a changing world rather than a static document store, which feels directionally right. The architectural contribution is more interesting than the benchmark wins: memory becomes a temporally-aware graph with provenance, not a pile of retrieved chunks. If that framing holds, it could meaningfully shift how long-lived agent context is built.
